Founded in 2000, Cellot Inc. is a Delaware company with an R&D subsidiary (Cellot Ltd.) based in Israel. Development commenced in 1998 by the company’s founder Mr. Meged Ofer. Cellot develops the FPCL hardware Technology and software development suit providing a comprehensive solution from Idea to Product / ASIC.
To date, the core FPCL chip design is in pre-FAB state. The Developer Environment can use the mirror device on the PC to implement applications in schematic capture, CSL (Cellot Simulation Language), C++ or script. The Compiler can support Verilog. Currently, major efforts are being made in the development of the Engineering Development Environment, which is comprised of Development tools, Test & Debug tools, Basic IP's library and benchmarks. The Patent has approved by the PCT (Patent Cooperation Treaty) in July 2002 and pass the national phase in US and Europe:

The architecture and the derived tools have been filed in the USPTO in November 1999 and submitted to the PCT in November 2000. The PCT Patent has been published in July 2001 under the Publication number: WO01/39249. The claims covers the following aspects:
· The architecture concept and the specific architecture chosen
· The new method of electronic hardware design
· New methods of electronic devices testing in the manufacturing process
· Automatic Mapping of faulty segments in the chip, automatic Built In Testing capabilities and auto-recovery
· Automatic conversion process to ASIC
· Future products based on the technology mainly related to Super Computers
We are in the process of raising sufficient capital which will enable us to expand our R&D team, produce the FPCL Chip, develop an evaluation and acceleration electronic board and complementary software tools, initiate product management, marketing, sales and business development activities.
More modest investments may also result in our attaining the above targets by cooperating with companies who will have advantage by integrating the FPCL into their ASIC or Digital Signal Processor.
Cellot’s aim is to seek strategic alliances with key vendors or customers in the PLD / DSP / ASIC / Structured ASIC / EDA markets. This we proposed by merging or licensing so that each side may benefit from the great advantages of utilizing our FPCL technology which are:
